If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Central Event Control is a digital command centre platform for live event operations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the security of the platform.

4. Subscription Tiers and Billing

Tier details, pricing, and any applicable fees will be communicated to you during the onboarding process or as part of your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, documentation, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Central Event Control and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
